Information No. VI about the measures taken to prevent the spreading of coronavirus (COVID-19)

Dear Clients and Partners,

The state of emergency declared by the Hungarian Government due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) was terminated as of 18 June 2020 and the state of public health emergency was declared on the same day. Simultaneously with declaring the state of public health emergency, epidemiological preparedness was declared, the necessity of which is reconsidered every 3 months.

As an effect of the above, KELER Group began the restoration of the operation prior to the epidemiological situation, within the framework of which it makes personal administration possible again, provided that certain requirements are complied with.

We provide detailed information regarding the altered operation in chapter No. 9 with the title „Procedure in a temporary situation related to the cessation of a state of emergency declared in view of the pandemic” of KELER Group’s Regulation on the Management of Extraordinary Situations with number 6-11 which can be found on the websites of KELER Group.

In accordance with the domestic and international practice and experience, KELER Group has also started the gradual return to the office building during which we put great emphasis on the maintenance of our colleagues’ and Clients’ health, therefore we provide the continuous disinfection of the offices and the proper isolation. During our measures taken, we always consider the possibility of a negative turn of events and we utilise the experience gained in relation to the epidemiological situation.
