Information on coronavirus (COVID - 19) related measures II.

Please be informed, that KELER Group is activating the next step of its pandemic plan, with the aim of maximizing social distancing.

Accordingly,

• KELER Group colleagues, from 16th March 2020, will work on-site in a reduced number, while most of our staff will support remotely our clearing house and depository activities.

• KELER Group has modified the order for receiving physical mail, taking into account the requirements of the emergency situation.

Please give preference to KELER's online services in the course of your administration and please note that the processing of postal documents may take longer than usual.

Together with our employees, we will do our utmost to ensure the smooth operation of KELER Group, despite the situation.

We are confident that the excellent relationship and cooperation between your institutions and KELER Group will be able to overcome the difficulties that have arise.
