Dear Gas Market Clearing Members and Energy Market Non-Clearing Members,
Please note that Section 3.5.3.1. and Section 9.5.3. of the General Business Rules of KELER CCP Ltd. on the reporting obligation of gas market clearing members and energy market non-clearing members includes the following requirement:
‘The gas market Clearing Member/energy market Non-Clearing Member is obliged to send to KELER CCP until 31 December of the following year the audited balance sheet, the profit and loss statement with the auditor’s report and notes to the account, and the filled Know Your Customer questionnaire.’
The audited financial statements for the year 2019/2020 and the filled Know Your Customer questionnaire are required to be submitted until 31 December 2020.
Should the Clearing Member fail to submit annual Financial Statements and fail to complete the Know Your Customer questionnaire even by the fifteenth day following the deadline for submission (15 January 2021), until completion KELER CCP is entitled to impose an additional financial collateral on the Clearing Member or to suspend the clearing right of the Clearing Member and to initiate the suspension of the trading right of the Non-clearing Members.
