Information on the go live date of the settlement bank model

Dear Clients,

We hereby inform you that in accordance with our previously published Client Information, the Settlement Bank Project go live date will be

30 November 2020,

and as a results of the above, the first financial settlement day with the new Settlement Banks will be

1 December 2020.

The settlement of the cleared transactions from 1 December 2020 - for all gas and energy market participant - will be executed on the settlement bank accounts kept by the chosen settlement bank.

Please note that the following regulatory documents will come into force as of 1 December 2020:

• General Business Rules of KELER CCP - An important change is that the deadline for financial settlement of gas market transactions is changed to 9:00 am.
• Fee Schedule of KELER CCP - An important change is that our fees related to the Energy Market and the Hungarian Gas market, are set in EUR.
