Dear Gas Market Clearing Members and Energy Market Non-Clearing Members,
Please note that Section 3.5.3.1. and Section 9.5.3 of the General Business Rules of KELER CCP Ltd. on the reporting obligation of gas market clearing members and energy market non-clearing members includes the following requirement:
‘The gas market Clearing Member / energy market Non-Clearing Member is obliged to send to KELER CCP until 30 June of the following year the audited balance sheet and, the profit and loss statement with the auditor’s report and notes to the account, and the filled Know Your Customer questionnaire.’
The audited financial statements for the year 2017 and the filled Know Your Customer questionnaire is required to be submitted until 30 June, 2018.
The audited financial statement should be uploaded during the completion of the Know Your Customer questionnaire, and in that case it is not necessary to submit in other form.
In case of any difficulties during filling the questionnaire (forgotten password, new contact, finalization problems) please contact

In case of different business year, or any other reason for not being able to provide the audited financial statement please definitely notify us until the given deadline (June 30)!
Should the Clearing Member fail to submit annual Financial Statements and fail to complete the Know Your Customer questionnaire even by the fifteenth day following the deadline for submission (15 July, 2018), until completion KELER CCP is entitled to impose an additional financial collateral on the Clearing Member or to suspend the clearing right of the Clearing Member and to initiate the suspension of the trading right of the Non-clearing Members.
Based on the above mentioned, we ask you to fulfill your reporting obligation and submit the Know Your Customer questionnaire without further delay!
