Dear Clients and Partners,
With the effect of 11 November 2020, the Government of Hungary declared emergency again due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic (Government Decree 484/2020 (XI. 10.)), and therefore, similarly to the situation in March 2020, we have significantly decreased the number of employees working at the headquarters of KELER Group. The majority of our staff works from home. We provide our services in the usual quality, without interruptions to our Clients.
In accordance with the measures taken in relation to the emergency declared by the Hungarian Government, KELER Group modifies its Regulation No. 6-11 on the handling of extraordinary situations with the effect of 23 November 2020. The contents of Chapters 8 and 9 of this regulation have been updated as the legal basis of the previous restricting measures changed. In line with the modifications, the potential restrictions concerning the services of KELER Group will be aligned with the current measures taken by the Hungarian Government.
The following items of the regulation have been modified compared to the version of 18 June 2020:
- updating of the references to acts and legal regulations;
- minor extension of the terms used in the document;
- minor stylistic modifications.
We consider it important to inform our Clients that the actions we are taking now are being implemented in accordance with the government measures taken so far and expected to be taken in the future due to the pandemic. These are, however, kept under review, continuously considering the aspects of the pandemic threat and the operation of KELER Group.
We are confident that the measures taken by us will contribute to successfully defeat the coronavirus and together we can overcome this extraordinary situation as soon as possible.
