Dear Clients,
According to the Regulation on Wholesale Energy Market Integrity and Transparency (hereinafter: REMIT), which entered into force on 28 December 2011, reporting entities must provide data on orders and contracts concluded on and outside organised markets through so-called RRMs, such as KELER (Registered Reporting Mechanism), to ACER.
ACER updates the changes to the message schema for the data to be reported in the document “ACER REMIT Transaction Reporting User Manual (TRUM)”, which modifications are also implemented by KELER as RRM in its service. The current TRUM mainly contains updates regarding transactions and contract reporting related to LNG and power purchase agreements (PPAs).
KELER is monitoring the changes as part of the development, and testing is possible for clients from June 30 to July 20, 2025.
We are attaching the WSDL-XSD package corresponding to the changes for your kind use.
