we would like to inform you that the modified version of the document “Nr. 9-11 - Cut-off times to Receive Execute and Cancel Orders" enters into force on 1 September 2026.

Summary of the amendments to the Announcement:

• KELER handles the admission of printed securities into the securities depository and their delivery from the securities depository once a month, after collecting the requests. “Day T” is the 15th calendar day of each month. If this day falls on a weekend or a public holiday, “Day T” is the following business day.
