Dear Client,
We inform our clients with clearing membership on the HUDEX gas segment and non-clearing membership on the HUDEX power segment, that by 31st December 2025 EOB all the HUDEX memberships have been terminated by HUDEX Ltd. The service agreement between KELER CCP Ltd. and HUDEX Ltd. will terminate on 30.01.2026, as a result of which the clients' (non)clearing membership on the HUDEX gas and HUDEX power segments will terminate with effect on 30.01.2026, and KELER CCP Ltd. will settle all financial obligations and receivables with the clients in accordance with the relevant points of the General Business Rules.
