KELER CCP cooperates in the production of TR reports with respect to all derivatives subject to MIFID and thus EMIR.
As part of the TR service, based on the mandate received, KELER CCP produces the TR reports for the transactions of the energy market Non-clearing Members and sends them to the energy market Non-clearing Members. The TR system of KELER Zrt. forwards the reports to RegisTR. The condition for using the service is the conclusion of a contract with KELER Ltd.
